All complaints will:
- Have acknowledgement sent to the customer within 24 hours (weekdays)
- Strive to resolve complaints within 10 working days, should there be any delay we will make sure to keep in communications with the customer at regular intervals with updates. The only exception to this rule may occur when involving extensive repairs, work or damage claims.
